Our client had a need to move from a traditional paper record keeping practice to a paperless office. This included the capture of customer data and imaging, storage of data as well as both on-site and off-site backup.

Project planning and requirement gathering services were provided to set out the key deliverables for the project. During execution, there were some change requests from the client that required modification of the deliverables mid-stream. This was effectively managed and the client was pleased with the end results.
